Melissa Kroeger’s real estate career has spanned nearly two decades and includes both commercial and residential work, encompassing the full spectrum from affordable housing to high end commercial space. She earned a bachelor of science degree from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from the MIT Center for Real Estate.

 

As a developer and licensed general building contractor with a penchant for technology, Melissa brings a unique synthesis of building expertise, financial stewardship, and technical innovation to her work.
